step-for-step instructions adding your own blocks?

Is it an idea, to add step-for-step instructions (maybe also on video) how to add your own blocks and blocks-sets? I must confesse, I am a bit oldschool, and things like NPM and webpack I am not really familar with.

And if there comes a new update, do I need to run webpack everty time to include my own custom blocks again?

For example What I would like to see is bloxby integrated in my custom CMS, as alternative for tinymce editor. In there I would like to load different sets. Like a set of table based newsletter snippets, on another page show a set of headers/footers/navigations, and on regular pages content blocks set.

And as bonus I would like to use foundation framework, so basic blocks I also have to customize.... But I want to prevent that all my changes will be disregarded after an update.
