Guide on updating to bootstrap 4 and newer versions of jquery

Hello, I was hoping to update to bootstrap 4 as well as adding newer versions of jquery etc. However I'm having issues finding the file that defines the imported/required packages for the x_bundle.js or x_bundled.min.js. As for the css it was simple enough to remove bootstrap 3.3.7 and paste in bootstrap 4+
