Allow signup from custom homepage

Hi,

I just want to ask is it possible to allow my customers to signup from my custom homepage using my custom signup form.

For example if someone fills the form from homepage and hit enters then i want them to registered as user and take them to the payment page.

I have also attached the screenshot which i took from my custom form located in my site homepage
