To manually upgrade from v1.0.3 to v1.0.31, please follow the following steps:
- /application/modules/autoupdate/controllers/Autoupdate.php > replace this file

Wow: There is an update avilable but your server might not properly configured. It seems your files and folders is owned by different user than the web-server (apache/httpd) user.
