User select a template based on Niche

Hi just have a suggestion what if the user will be able to select a template(created by admin) based on particular niche. Just saw on almost 90% website builder sites, As its easy for the user what type of template he wants to design & its easy to edit. Can create categories like real estate, corporate, agriculture, retails, sports and etc. along with Bloxby packages.
