URL links not generating correctly

Hi, I just looked into the forums and saw it is a common issue, but none of the forum entries has information about how to fix it, all were solved privately.

Links are generating like 'http//...', so I need some help fixing the issue.

If the fix is something I can fix, please give some instructions, if it's something you need to look into, just let me know and I'll give you the credentials to the server.
