Unable to load default blocks and components on a fresh installation.

I have created a fresh installation of the bloxby and everything done correctly along with the database creation. But the default data for blocks and components are not inserted in the database during the process and hence the default blocks and components are not available in the website. How can I generate them or Is anything missed during the steps of installation?
