Thumbnail creation does not work, even on VPS server with GD support enabled

Hi,

I installed a recently purchased Bloxby v. 1.1.0 Starter and the first I noticed that despite I have a proper GD module (with corresponding extension in PHP), Bloxby does not generate any thumbnails but instead outputs an message "Couldn't generate preview - Invalid URL - Please try again".

Could you please check the problem by login into my installation?
