Still view problem with icons

Hi Support Team,

we have still the problem that the icons will not shown right on our site! We have try your solution but it do not work 🙁

Our external online team writes to us: "We've detected the problem.
FontAwesome fully described in Professional_skeleton.css file.
BUT there is a discrepancy.
There is a possibility to select icons that are not added to FontAwesome font is the adminpanel. I.е. the font can't display the icon which isn't described in the font file."

What can we do?
