SSL for clients website (cpanel)

Hi,

Im using cpanel on my server which adds SSL-certificate automatically for domains on the server. However, if some of my clients use there custom domain (using my nameservers of course), is it possible to configure so the custom domain works with the website in bloxby somehow? A don't wan't to export the website from bloxby and upload it to the users account (such as cpanel works normally).
