Some links are not working after update

Hi,

I have upgraded to 1.1.0 and after that some of the links are not working in my dashboard.

1. When i click on Elements the page redirects to homepage

2. Clicking on Manage template categories is also redirecting to homepage

3. Also not able to change the owner of the site (new feature: Allow admin users to assign sites to different users – admin users can move sites from one user to another)

I have attached the screenshot, Kindly help me fix this issue.
