Page loading briefly without CSS

Hey guys,

We have a number of users pointing out where the site pages briefly load without CSS, before finally loading it. This usually only lasts a fraction of a second to a second and then it loads. I think it only seems to be happening in Firefox. At least I haven't noticed it in Chrome. I read of other people experiencing this with other sites on Firefox and it seemed to have to do with the order of items in the head or something missing. Any thoughts on this? I will post one of the sites you can see the example on in a private response. I can do a video if needed but you should see it load without CSS for just a moment. Any thoughts on this?
