    Herbert,

    ... Receiving error when switching package. Please see screenshot.

    Also: Changing a user from a 'free' package to a 'paid' package renders their account 'disabled' ... this is a problem.

    AND: when trying to switch user back to 'free' package, application doesn't allow switch.

    Please advise.
