New user choose template not working

Hi,

As a new user when i have logged in an intro is displayed and when i click on the button "Yes, I want to build a website!" its directly going to /sites/create instead of asking me to choose the template, please let me know how to fix this button link to work like "Create New Site" button.

I have attached the screenshot for your understanding.
