Need to remove blob css after export from temlate

I want to remove the blob css appended after the template is exported or in livepreview

can tell where is that being created like <span style="color: #222222; font-family: 'dejavu sans mono', monospace; font-size: 11px; white-space: pre-wrap;">blob:http://dev.ondotz.com/0c234213-f61b-44ba-a888-8f8c90733a9</span>

also want to remove <span style="color: #222222; font-family: 'dejavu sans mono', monospace; font-size: 11px; white-space: pre-wrap;">bundles/Yummy_skeleton.css as well after the template is exported please help me out </span>
