Navigation bars and Headers, not working in the builder

Hi,

I want to report some other problems in the builder:

1. with the navigation bars and the header (blocks):
when I choose the first "navigation bar", everything looks okay, but when I put my mouse cursor on the "home" button to put in a link: the style editor panel on the right does not appear…
The same problem when I choose a "header"

2. when I choose one of the other navigation bars, I get errors and no navigation bars...
