A nice feature, in particular for mobile users would be a lock icon on code blocks. The option should probably be in the same menu on which you can set the blocks as global or save it.
What would be the purpose?
The icon lock option would basically block any changes on that specific block. When you pass the mouse cursor over, it would show as disabled. I think this would be very useful for people on mobile or touch screen, that way they can lock some part of a page to avoid undesired changes while scrolling or touching around the editor.
They would then only unlock something before changes, or just leave the block of contents unlocked they use frequently. This even makes sense for desktop users. Some parts of a website once done, rarely change, so those users might prefer to lock that part of the content in the editor to avoid changing something by mistake while moving things around. For newbie users to a drag and drop builder one of the must frustrating things is that they tend to move things around by mistake. This angers them because they are just really bad with a cursor or mouse while moving things around or keeping pulse. I see this on Linux or Windows computers as well. Older people messing around all icons or copying moving files around by mistake because they clicked on the wrong spot.
On a page builder the option to lock all movement or changes on specific parts should be crucial for those type of users and it can also be useful for more advanced users that want to freeze a specific part of a page from changes.
