Hide packages select field, from Registration Form

Hello,

As there is no Offline Payment option available with Bloxby, when I must use this way of payment, so the only turn arround solution I found is this to hide the "Packages Form" from the Registration page, and only assign those Packages manually from the Admin panel, HOWEVER, I need to make the default (pre-selected package), to be the Free Package.
