I sent an email with my log in info and FTP info that I can not post on a forum, I was directed to make a ticket but directed toward this forum which I can not post that information here. I am attaching excerpts from the email exchange here. Can someone please email me so I can provide my log in information so this can be fixed.

I am trying to change the email name on the emails sent from the password reset function. I would like to change the name listed and the reply email address. On your knowledge base, it says to look for an application/config file but I can not locate that on the server. Is there an easy way to accomplish this?

I adjusted the file but now it is not sending the email, can you please take a look and let me know what i did wrong? (**log in/FTP info redacted on public forum**)
