I've trying to connect via FTP with some guys from support team from Siteground and we spent more than an hour and we couldn't connect neither from Sftp nor Ftp.
The credentials that we created I could easily use in Filezilla client but not on Pagesstead. We alway got this error http://take.ms/agtF3
Regarding sFTP the guy from Siteground told me that it won't work because it can not upload an SSH key it would not work via sftp.
1. Can I use sFTP?
2. Why I cannot login with FTP credentials that I can use in Filezilla?
