I can not export sites I get the following page.

Also I have setup a client account for myself but when I login and click the site settings so I can test the sub domain and sub folder setup, I do not have any option to choose, when I click Publishing details, it just says "Choose an option" and when I click it a drop down box open and that also says Choose an option but nothing happens once clicked.
The Admin account i`am able to choose an option but this can not be done on client accounts.
I have the updated version installed.
Herbert Das has an Admin account on my site so he can see the export problem this problem is also on client accounts as well.
There is also no option to publish sites only the export option
