After restore all the blocks, the empty block seems to be not working in the application. It suppose to show as a rectangular block when it is drag into the site builder, but it just appeared as a little grey line (screenshot attached) at top right corner with no components can be drag into it. Been tried in chrome, safari and firefox with two admin access, it is still the same.
We think the builder might be broken when the application is trying to be auto updated.
Can we get help to reinstall the latest version of this software without affecting our existing users and their saved sites?
