Custom domain not loading with www

Hi,

my clients are reporting that their websites are not loading with www.

so i just checked few of my clients and yes when i try to visit http://www.designdestinyinteriors.in/ it gives me 404 not found error however if i just remove www. from the url the site is loading fine, the problem is most of my clients website are already indexed in google so when keywords which are matched with my clients sites in google are showing not found error.

I'm sure all the custom domains was loading with or without www. but just past few days it has stopped(Note: i have not changed anything)
