Custom code is missing in Skeleton.html

Hi, i have added some of my custom code in yummy_navbar.css along with webpack compiling, and even it is working fine in Bloxby builder during editing. when we do export, i found my custom css is missing that i placed in yummy_navbar.css. Do we have to configure the output of skeleton.html?
