CSS changes don't display in builder?

Hi guys,

Our other support ticket is far more pressing but I was wondering about CSS and the builder. Do changes to the page and site CSS not display in the builder, by design, or is this a bug? See attached image.

The site on the left is the site preview, the one on the right is how it views in the builder.

Because you can't make very many changes within the builder (image/button alignment, div bg color, etc...) the changes have to be done in the CSS. If the CSS changes don't display in the builder it's time consuming to build a site.
