can't put image logo

Hello

I can't put a client's logo (image) into header. When I try to drag and drop it doesn't show the marker to drop the image.

What's the steps to put an image logo inside "Bloxby" text logo? Or in other works, how can I change from "Bloxby" text logo to a new image logo?
