Can not click to Edit

Hello Support,

I think many error on this product. I am not happy.

Please see picture attach. On header block, I can not click Icon edit "Contact" menu. It is same with other menu, other button. I try clean cache ....

I ask check and help me fix this. Some ticket I sent, supporter not help me fix, only answer ....

I want to know when It is fix for me.
