Mods rewrite & headers are loaded
I am able to hit the install page https://MYSERVER/install and click "install bloxby" when it finishes and redirects it redirects to https://MYSERVER/codeupdate/1.1.4/Starter which gives a 404.
If I turn on debug log and go to https://MYSERVER I see the following in the debug logs:
