Blocks Main Background image, Navbar and Map Hover Issue

I don't know its a bug or what but its way difficult from a beginner user perspective to hover the cursor perfectly to make the blocks edit icon visible. I found that when we hover the cursor first time it appears but when entering in other sub blocks grid(gallery inside a block) and hover again on main background image the edit icon doesn't work, it works but after many trials. It would be better if we place the cursor anywhere on the background image (except on gallery, column grid ) and detail editor will open directly to change it.

In the same way, if you check menu items, its difficult to select the whole navbar as menu items are also there. This results in hover conflicting with menu items and whole navbar.

The last issue when we drag & drop the map, on edit it shows height, margin-top, margin-bottom. But there is no address field, zoom field?

This is what I noticed. Anyways thanks to the developer for such amazing website builder.
