Block files and folders are not deleting

Hi,

I used my Block files browser (mysite.com/builder_elements/browser) to delete the folder "Khan" which contains blocks, when i click on delete icon on the folder i get the message which says "the folder was deleted successfully" but the folder and the block files are still there. i even checked the block manager and i can see the block files still there.

Kindly check this issue and let me know how to fix it.
