Background Images are not getting updated when I publish the site second time

Hello,

I did choose subfolder option while publishing my site (for testing purpose). Everything was working fine when I do it for the first time, but when I change/edit something on the site ( like changing the background image of a bloack or changing the title of a block ) for the second time, the background images are disappearing. Please refer the attached screenshots for more information ( the background image for the second block is present on the site builder whereas the same Image is not present after publishing the site for the second time ).
