we are trying to use the automated login and we have followed the instructions exactly were we use MD5 hashing of the website URL + hash string but always it says the following

we have tried changing the hashing with www and without www but both are not working and giving the same error above
we did the API restfull sucessful and all is fine except for the automated login is not working. can you please help
