We are going through our first auto update to v1.1.0 but get the following error message:
The application is unable to update itself!
There is an update available but your server might not properly configured. It seems your files and folders is owned by different user than the web-server (apache/www-data) user.Bloxby was installed by your team and has worked great up till now. Could you please have a look at the issue? The URL to see the error is http://iris.jlpinternet.com
