Allow Admin to reserve / disable subdomains

Allow admin user to list subdomains which users may not use.

For example, I may wish to use support.domain.com or mail.domain.com for my own uses. And I may not want users to be able to register a website as other sensitive names, like ftp.domain.com www.domain.com, etc.
