Accent

Hi,

Since the 1.1.3 update, I have special characters everywhere.
Example in the lang file : Créer un élément (but it must be : Créer un élément).

On all the files, as soon as I put an accent now I have symbols that are displayed.
Can you help me fix this bug please?
