Hi All:

I am attempting to the create a new user from the admin portal by going to the Users page and clicking the +Add New User button.

I am receiving this error, even though I have added a valid email address:

Ouch! Something went wrong:

Something went wrong when trying to cerate the new account, please see the errors below:
The Email field must contain a valid email address.

Any help is greatly appreciated!
