Ok this is bad. I tried to debug a problem on a user site and after an update the new options appear in the block relating to clone, delete on the editor. I had no idea those are admin options only as I then logged into the user account directly and they don't show. I imagined those options are only related to custom blocks to that user. My bad for not testing what this does first...
Long story short. I deleted some blocks and now they are gone for everyone!
This is horrible. How can I restore or get all the original blocks back in the menus for all users? I tried uploading the asset folders again but they still don't show. I need to restore all the original blocks/elements.
