Hello. Creating this case as I am upgraded to 1.1.3 but I still have issues with the global blocks. I think you can easily reproduce the issue.

1.  Create page1. Add a block and set as global

2. Create page2. Add the same block and set as global.

3. Make changes to block on page1 then save. It updates block on page2. Good so far.

4. Save pages, exit.

5. Log back in. Edit page1.

6. Make changes to block.

7. Block on page2 does not get updated. Even if you uncheck then recheck Global option, page2 won't get updated.
