I have a couple of questions

1. Regarding "auto update" option from my admin which can update when I click Auto update button? Or I have to do manually to update from my version to v1.1.2?

2. Signup forms not working to one my client throwing error as mentioned below, actually he has given another new email which is not related to the main domain.
