I checked the Stripe and I can confirm that it's not working.
a) I used two different accounts and two different API keys.
b) this is what I got trying to upgrade my account http://take.ms/2ZqSo from the dashboard
c) this is what I got on the registration page http://take.ms/KbRYl
I contacted Stripe again and the confirmed there no limits, restrictions or blocking things in my accounts.
I do not understand what is going on already.
