We are meet error on step insert link in blocks.

My site is: www.abc.com

When I selected some text ( popup will show on ), then I click insert button, then type url ( tel:0903 444333  ), when view website, url is: www.abc.com/tel:0903444333

How Can I save url with only tel:0903444333
