I have uploaded the files for bloxby-1.0.6 on the server and I have checked the required files (.htaccess and the folder elements) are present and I created a blank sql file called "mysql". I am not sure how to proceed from here. Intuitively, I looked for a script in the "install" folder to run and install it but I am unable to get an installation window pop up.

Could you please explain what exact steps I need to take to get the installation window to run?
