Very disappointment with software

Hi staff,

i bought this software about 2 week ago, and at the beginning have issues.

I start here a new Topic and the first issue is resolved but the second one is ignored by staff.
My site have issues:
1. Doesn't PREVIEW website if i click the preview button (blank page)
2. Doesn't export the site as ZIP file, there is no option to export in a ZIP file, yes i setup my plans with an option to export a file zip too.
Please any body help me with this?
