Can i create one page parallax website with bloxby? i mean insted of creating multiple pages and add the links in nav bar, i want to create one page website and add link in nav bar for each block?

for my site https://goo.gl/xi5FNG i added "services" in my nav bar and choose link as one of the block and saved and now when i click on the "services" it goes to http://zokcate.com/elements/#section3 and shows the elements folder, kindly let me know how to link to each block.
