Contact Forms not working

Hi,

I am using my custom blocks everything works except the contact forms, for the form i have given the email id to which the emails should be delivered but on the site https://goo.gl/Kp2DZH when i fill the contact form and click on the "Submit" button it just keep loading, please let me know how to fix this.

I have also attached the screenshot.
