Please kindly follow the following procedure when reporting a bug/issue:

1. Provide as much information as possible; especially regarding the steps leading up the bug/issue. Simply saying "xyz does not work" is very hard to reproduce/troubleshoot
2. Mention your server OS in the original report
3. Make sure you are using the latest official version of Bloxby. If you are using an older version (especially a modified older version), there is a good chance we will not be able to deal with the issue.
4. After creating the original bug report, please post a reply in which you provide us with access information to your copy of Bloxby so we can verify the issue. Make sure you check the checkbox labeled as "Set as private reply" to ensure your private information stays private!
