Hi,
I installed the script yesterday and it was working fine i also created 1 site and publish as sub domain which is still working https://goo.gl/hQDqfW but all my other pages shows 404 not found error page the only homepage which i have uploaded works, i am not even able to login into my site as the auth page not working https://goo.gl/GnPBNP
I have also check mod_rewrite on my server and yes it is enabled

Request you to please let me know whats wrong here.
