Specific blocks for example Navigation and Footer, contains “Bloxby” logo text & logo image and “Chillyorange”.

I’m trying to edit these blocks and replacing with generic text, for example “LOGO”.

I’m currently accessing to edit:
.../assets/elements_professional/Yummy/navbar1.html

This has no effect to the block within the builder. As a result, I believe I have restored files back to original with “Bloxby” as logo text.

How do I make the adjustments?
